On monday the magistrate court ordered that Faisal Khan, brother of Aamir Khan should be sent to JJ Hospital for a period of five days, where he will be under doctors’ investigation. After the examination, if reports claim that he is mentally ill, Faisal will be sent to the mental asylum.

Indiatimes Movies contacted Faisal’s lawyer S.A. Wasid, who informed that Faisal is not suffering from any mental disease. Instead, Aamir’s bodyguards, his mother and sisters have been adding ‘medicines’ to his tea, juices and water. Once Faisal realized what was happening, he decided to leave home, and did just that when the opportunity came his way.

According to Faisal, in 2005 he had been forcibly captivated by his brother Aamir Khan and other family members at Cozy Clinic and Nursing home at Seven Bungalows, Versova, where he was medicated on the reasons of mental imbalance.

According to his mother Zeenat and sister Nikhat, Faisal is mentally disturbed and has been troubling his mother since the last four years. The two filed a ‘missing’ case with the Khar police station on October 12 this year when Faisal left the house, and couldn’t be found.

Faisal however, reacting to these allegations informed that he is forcibly treated as ‘insane’ by his family members when he is not. According to him, there are property disputes in the family and that is why Aamir, his mother and sister want to declare him ‘mad’ so that he won’t be eligible to his share of that property.

On monday when Faisal was sent to the magistrate court his mother Zeenat, sister Nikhat produced a doctor’s certificate which stated that he should be sent to an asylum since he was mentally ill. Reacting to this Faisal’s lawyer shouted in the court “Sir, citizens of democratic India will be forced to lose faith in the judiciary, if justice will not be given to Faisal.” Lawyer Wasid also informed that Faisal’s mother Zeenat, his elder sister Nikhat Khan along with actor Aamir Khan are against him. “Aamir Khan does not want to be in the scene and has pushed his mom and sister to the fore, and to handle the case at the Bandra court,” he said.

Wasid said, “Zeenat’s lawyer has fabricated all the medical reports which states that Faisal is suffering from mental illness. In fact, Faisal had bought a farm in Aman Nagar and also planned to make a new start as he doesn’t want to depend on his family.”

Speaking to the media Faisal said, “I am ok and not suffering from any kind of mental disease.” When his mother and sister tried to talk to him he refused to talk and said, “I don’t want talk with you. My Allah is there to look after me. He will take care of me.”

The hearing will next take place on October 20.
